*A blessed apple on the ,Altar slice of an apple for those who have health problems and for women who want to be pregnant. -->""This you are going to take it after 3 days fasting the third day in the mornings, with an ,empty stomach. This is nesecarry."
Th is based on the tradition that the angel brought the apples from heaven to the saint and shortly before he died, he had cut them into thin slices and fed only on them.
*The set includes the holy water and oil

You tie the rope to your belly, and you wear it inside your clothes as a belt. You wear it all the time. You drink every day holy water and a few drops of holy oil. You anoint yourself every day with the holy oil to your head and your belly in the sign of cross. You rinse your house every day so as to have the blessing of God and St Irene's and bad spirits to go away. You fast 3days (if you are ill your husband can) before eating the blessed slices of St Irene's apple.
